Contract Logistics
InCoTerms 2020
We Adopt incoterms 2020 and they are as per below process
- EXW: Ex-Works - not cleared for export and not loaded on any collecting vehicle
- FCA: Free Carrier - seller fulfils his obligations as soon as he delivers the goods cleared for export to the carrier nominated by the buyer at the named place
- FAS: Free Along-Side Ship - seller fulfils his obligations when the goods are placed by him alongside the named vessel at the named port of shipment
- FOB: Free Onboard - seller fulfils his obligation when the goods have been placed on board of vessel nominated by the buyer at the named port of shipment
- CFR: Cost and Freight - seller fulfils his obligations when the sold goods are placed on board the vessel. But, he pays the costs and freight necessary to bring the goods to the named port of destination
- CIF: Cost, Insurance and Freight - seller fulfils his obligations when the sold goods are placed on board the vessel. But, he pays the costs and freight necessary to bring the goods to the named port of destination including insurance
- CPT: Carriage Paid to - seller fulfils his obligations when he delivers the goods to the carrier or another person nominated by the seller at the agreed place
- CIP: Carriage and Insurance Paid to - seller fulfils his obligations when he delivers the goods to the carrier or another person nominated by the seller at the agreed place including insurance
- DAP: Delivered at Place - seller fulfils his obligations when the sold goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer on the arriving means of transport ready for unloading at the named place of destination
- DPU: Delivered at Place Unloaded -seller fulfils his obligations when the sold goods are unloaded from the arriving conveyance, at the named place of destination. Risk transfers from buyer to seller when the goods have been unloaded.
- DDP: Delivered Duty Paid - seller fulfils his obligations when the goods cleared for import placed on the disposal of the buyer at the named place of destination not unloaded from arriving means of transport
